This sounds promising but I'm concerned about the evaluation metrics. Are we measuring what communities actually value, or just what's easy to quantify? Impact shouldn't be reduced to academic publications.
Respectfully disagree with this approach. We've tried similar interventions and the sustainability challenge is real. How are you planning to maintain this beyond grant funding? Communities need solutions that don't disappear when the research money runs out.
