I appreciate the work, but I have to push back on the timeline assumptions here. In my experience, community engagement takes 2-3x longer than researchers typically estimate. Have you built in adequate time for relationship building?

Respectfully disagree with this approach. We've tried similar interventions and the sustainability challenge is real. How are you planning to maintain this beyond grant funding? Communities need solutions that don't disappear when the research money runs out.
I'm seeing a pattern where solutions are designed FOR communities rather than WITH communities. Who from the affected community was involved in designing this from day one? Representation matters.
