Real talk: Atlanta food apartheid is a health emergency 🚨

Spent yesterday in Southwest Atlanta documenting food access:

• 3 mile radius, 50,000+ residents
• ZERO full-service grocery stores
• 15+ fast food restaurants
• Corner stores charging $4 for a banana

This isn't just inconvenience - it's structural violence.

But here's hope: Working with 5 community orgs on a mobile fresh market pilot. Fresh produce, SNAP/EBT accepted, nutrition education on-site.

Early results: 40% of participants report improved fruit/vegetable intake after 3 months.

Health equity isn't just healthcare - it's housing, transportation, food access, economic opportunity.
