I’d suggest it as an early lunch!

Got to watch out for too much fat and carbs— just like for cereal, you have to watch out for too much sugar! Mac and cheese is a good source of protein and if you use whole grain noodles, the fiber can balance out the cheese well.  You can always make it for breakfast then eat it for dinner.
