Anyone have insights on Registering an LLC and the cheapest/most effective way to do so? I was just on "tailor brands" website, simple enough(5min process), agent called me while I was filling out the application. 2 installments of payment are required, 1st installment $500 standard fees for registering in Texas, 2nd installment is the EIN/Registered agent...all is good and simple enough, just didn't expect/want to drop $800 at once...
